Daily tour
|
|
Every day you can join guided tours by our museum guides from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. The language is Dutch. The costs are 5 euros per person, in addition to a valid admission ticket.
Every first Sunday of the month, we organise our Behind the scenes at the Van Abbemuseum tour, where we focus on the architecture and the building. Several times a year we organize a musical tour. The museum choir will guide you through the museum while singing during this tour. You can find the dates of this musical tour on our website.

Unforgettable Van Abbe
|
|
Tour for people with Alzheimer and their caregivers.
The Onvergetelijk Van Abbe programme consists of interactive tours in the museum. Looking at art in an interactive way offers people who are dealing with Alzheimer's disease the opportunity to express themselves and to engage in a dialogue with their environment. Special about this programme is that it not only leads to an improvement in the quality of life of the person with Alzheimer's disease, but it also has positive effects on the caregiver and the relationship between them. Furthermore the museum offers a safe and inspiring environment to get in touch with peers. During the programme the focus lays on the positive, creative and inspiring, not the disease.

Multisensory Tour
|
|
A guided tour past the artworks of the museum, for the blind and visually impaired. Participants are allowed to touch the artworks: and they come to life through music, literature and scent. The guided tour is free.
Guide dogs are welcome in the museum. If there are still spots that have not been booked, other interested visitors are welcome too.

Spraakmakend Van Abbe
|
|
With Spraakmakend Van Abbe we offer interactive tours for people with aphasia and brain injury. Every person uses language. When one or more parts of the language spectrum no longer function properly as a result of brain injury, this is called aphasia.
Mijke Ulrich, experience expert and social worker, and art historian Jenneke Lambert developed the Spraakmakend Van Abbe-tours together. Art lovers look at art together and are given the opportunity to discuss their experience. With a focus is on a positive, creative and inspiring experience, Mijke describes the tour as ‘open your heart’. The visit ends with a joint conversation and a cup of tea or coffee.
The tour is free, excluding museum admission. One partner, introduce or companion per person can enter for free.

Children's Art Club
|
|
Viewing and making art for children from 6 to 12 years.
Every meeting of the Children's Art Club is guided by museum teachers and every week there is a different subject. There is a group limit of 10 children.
For children's parties, we ask you to contact reserveringen@vanabbemuseum.nl
ATT: every first Saturday of the month, this is a special Family Art Club and with every child one adult family member is welcome free of charge!
Only order tickets for the children.

Feldenkrais lesson
|
|
Feldenkrais participants are expected to be at the office entrance of the Van Abbemuseum at 9:15 am. We will pick you up at the entrance, to bring you to the right room in the museum. We advice you to wear comfortable, soft clothes. There is a carpet in the room and the museum provides blankets to lie on. But you are also free tot bring your own (yoga) mat.
When do the lessons take place:
• Lessons take place almost every Friday morning, on reservation
• Time: 9:15 AM to 10:30 AM
• Gathering: Office entrance, Stratumsedijk 2, Eindhoven
• Cost: € 7.50
If you want to visit the museum after the Feldenkrais, you need a separate admission ticket.

Visit or tour with robot
|
|
Even if you do not see any possibilities to visit the museum physically - due to a physical limitation or because of the corona virus - you can still view the collection presentation with the help of a museum robot. This controllable robot makes it possible to experience the museum and art from your own environment.
At the start of the robot visit after you’re logged in, you will be welcomed by one of our English speaking hosts in the museum.
A more extensive tour that includes an explanation of the artworks is also a possibility.

Bu etkinlik çok dilli bir tur programidir. Haftalik olarak Mandarin, Almanca ve Türkçe olmak üzere üç farkli dilde sunulmaktadir. Farkli kültürel geçmislere sahip genç yaraticilar, ''Sung Hwan Kim: protected by roof and right-hand muscles'' sergisi hakkinda turlar düzenlemektedir.
